Get Involved
GROWIN runs on people who show up regularly more than on any single large gift. If you've got a few hours a month, we'd love to meet you. If you'd rather support a program directly, we'll show you exactly where it goes.
Volunteer with us
No experience required for most roles — just consistency. Pick what fits your week.
Help run skill batches, health camps and community sessions on the ground — a couple of hours, a few times a month.
Teach what you know — tailoring, computer basics, spoken English, a trade — to one of our Academy batches.
Photos, social posts, simple design, updates to this website — remote-friendly, work around your own schedule.
Registration desks, logistics, setup and crowd support on event days — high energy, low commitment.

As a young trust, we'd rather under-promise. Here's roughly how funds are allocated across our current activities — we'll publish actual yearly figures here once our first financial year closes.
"Programs" covers training materials, trainer honorariums, camp supplies and saplings. "Org & Capacity Lab" covers workshop materials and travel for partner-group sessions. "Admin" covers the basics — registration, communication and record-keeping.
GROWIN's application for 12A & 80G registration under the Income Tax Act is currently in process. Once approved, donors will receive an official receipt eligible for tax exemption, and full bank transfer / UPI details will be published on this page.
Until then, if you'd like to contribute, please use the form below — our team will get in touch directly to arrange the transfer and keep you updated on the 80G status for your records.

For organisations & businesses
Under Section 135 of the Companies Act, eligible companies must direct CSR spending toward activities listed in Schedule VII — and every GROWIN program area fits squarely within it: education, healthcare, women's empowerment, rural development, and environmental sustainability.
As a newly registered trust, we're upfront that our 80G approval is pending — but we're already a good fit for in-kind support (sewing machines, books, health-camp supplies, saplings), employee volunteering days, or a pilot-funded program in a specific village.
